Chapter 14: How to Take Measurements With The Hilti
If you are already using the Hilti PD 28 laser measuring device, or are thinking about using it, then this is the chapter for you. We will walk you through step-by-step procedures for taking measurements and assigning a Job ID Code and a Measurement ID Code. You will be able to store multiple measurements from multiple jobs. Store up to 1,000 measurements with the Hilti PD 28 laser measuring device.

Chapter 15: Import Measurements From Hilti
Once you have take measurements with the Hilti PD 28 laser measuring device, Chapter 15 will discuss in great detail how to transfer those measurements to your PC and then import them into Allpro Insulator. Once you learn the steps involved it takes less than 1 minute to import the measurements into Allpro Insulator.

Once you have imported measurement data from the Hilti, we will show you how to easily create estimates with the measurement data that has been imported into Allpro Insulator.

If you will not be using the Hilti PD 28 laser measuring device, we will walk you through the process of creating estimates without the use of imported measurement data. This will require manually entering in your measurements into Allpro Insulator.

When using the QuickBooks Edition of Allpro Insulator, you can very easily send your Estimates to QuickBooks. This feature saves you time and money!

Chapter 20: How to Create Employees
Chapter 20 provides you with all of the details on how to create the Employees that work for you. You will be able to list a number of attributes for each employee such as there Date of Hire, Title, Hourly Rate, any comments, and whether or not they are active or inactive.

Once you have setup all of your Employees, you can then enter data on the Time Sheet Form. The information that you enter on this form will be displayed on the Material & Labor Costing report.

Chapter 22: Creating Invoices With Stand Alone Edition
If you are using the Allpro Insulator Stand Alone Edition, this chapter will show you how to change an Estimate to an Invoice. Estimates are not included in your accounts receivable reports so before you can bill a customer you will have to change the status. Once you have created an Invoice you will be able to manage your accounts receivables from within Allpro Insulator.
